Doser is one kind of mixer, with one more quantifying cup and one pneumatic cylinder. It will work by manual way or automatically. And it is controlled by the PLC computer program.

After bucket elevator lift the cement, stone powder and stones into the mixer, add some water and mix fully and then lead into doser. Mixer is a kind of the blade shaft rotating in the cylinder or tank, mix a variety of raw materials, make it become a kind of mixture or machine suitable for consistency.

The newly type automatic polishing machine, moved by hydraulic or pneumatic way, is used to fix thickness, grind and polish for terrazzo tile. After grinding and polishing, the tile has smooth, shine surface and uniform thickness.

YUXI terrazzo tile mould uses Cr12 and other special mould steel materials, after forging, milling, cutting, grinding, carving and quenching, it has high accuracy, strength and abrasion resistance, wear well and no distortion.
